Hey! I'm Gabby by the way : ) but my Grandma calls me her "family historian." Because I've always had a love for documenting. When I had my children I knew one day I'd eventually forget how their voice sounded or how much their little faces would change. I caught myself trying to capture everything I could. It wasn't long after that, I was gifted a treasure, my first good quality camera. Which I still use today, and since then have upgraded the lens, and yes, I'm still learning how to use it!

In 2024, some of my closest my friends finally got married and I brought my camera (it's kinda big and looks pretty official) so the people that didn't know me actually thought I was hired as the photographer.

That's when the thought occurred, could I actually pursue this?

To my surprise, my friend loved the photos I took, and encouraged I do something with photography. This conversation took place at a time when I truly did not know what the next chapter of life would be, but I felt a need to make a change. That all may sound a little dramatic, but the anxiety of it was very real to me at that time.

As my experience grows along with my equipment, and skillset, I hope to never stop improving & help document those precious moments and work with some incredible people along the way, because that's what makes the work fun.

My style of photography is definitely more candid. If you're someone that wants to change everything about you in a photo, I can almost guarantee I am not the person to hire.

My philosophy surrounding photos is a photo should capture who that person is at that time in their life. It's not about the good or the bad, it's about sharing their truth or not.

In a world full of fake, can we keep something real, authentic, and pure? Because that's all I want to do.

I enjoy photographing in places where you feel most like yourself. That may be beneath the trees, near the ocean, at your favorite park, your parent's backyard, or something as simple as your living room. Everyone has that place, where is that place for you? I'll meet you there!
